Human NFATC2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)

Human NFATC2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser407-Asn565, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 20.12 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 2 (NFATC2) is a ~100 kDa protein. Plays a role in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T-cells, especially in the induction of the IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, TNF or GM-CSF. For research use only.

Promotes invasive migration through the activation of GPC6 expression and WNT5A signaling pathway. Is involved in the negative regulation of chondrogenesis. Recruited by AKAP5 to ORAI1 pore-forming subunit of CRAC channels in Ca(2+) signaling microdomains where store-operated Ca(2+) influx is coupled to calmodulin and calcineurin signaling and activation of NFAT-dependent transcriptional responses.
