Human NUAK2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys46-Gly306, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 32.43 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Induces cell-cell detachment by increasing F-actin conversion to G-actin. Expression is induced by CD95 or TNF, via NF-kappa-B. Protects cells from CD95-mediated apoptosis and is required for the increased motility and invasiveness of CD95-activated tumor cells. Phosphorylates LATS1 and LATS2.
