Description
Human OSGIN1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human OSGIN1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu269-Val394, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.26 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Oxidative stress-induced growth inhibitor 1 is a ~51 kDa protein. Monooxygenase catalytic activity. For research use only.
Involved in regulation of cytokinesis; promotes RHOA activity, probably acting locally at the midbody in late cytokinesis. Monooxygenase activity is involved in stabilizing transient structures between daughter cells, termed intercellular bridges, before abscission. Regulates differentiation and proliferation through the regulation of cell death.
