Description
Human OTUB2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human OTUB2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-His234, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 29.37 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ubiquitin thioesterase OTUB2 is a ~27 kDa protein. Hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro and may therefore play an important regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation. For research use only.
Mediates deubiquitination of 'Lys-11'-,'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains, with a preference for 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
