Human PABPC4 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met10-Asp225, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 26.62 kDa. Binds to SMIM26 mRNA and plays a role in its post-transcriptional regulation. May be involved in cytoplasmic regulatory processes of mRNA metabolism. Can probably bind to cytoplasmic RNA sequences other than poly(A) in vivo.
