Human PDE1B Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly147-Asp536, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dual specificity calcium/calmodulin-dependent 3',5'-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 1B is a ~61 kDa protein. Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with a dual specificity for the second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which are key regulators of many important physiological processes. For research use only.
