Human PRPF3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser538-Asp683, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 18.94 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. U4/U6 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein Prp3 is a ~77 kDa protein. Plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the U4/U6-U5 tri-snRNP complex that is involved in spliceosome assembly, and as component of the precatalytic spliceosome (spliceosome B complex).
