Human PSMB10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr40-Ser229, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 22.09 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Proteasome subunit beta type-10 is a ~28 kDa protein. The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. The proteasome has an ATP-dependent proteolytic activity. This subunit is involved in antigen processing to generate class I binding peptides.
