Description
Human PSMD9 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human PSMD9 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser2-Arg223, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 9 (PSMD9) is a ~24 kDa protein. Acts as a chaperone during the assembly of the 26S proteasome, specifically of the base subcomplex of the PA700/19S regulatory complex (RC). For research use only.
During the base subcomplex assembly is part of an intermediate PSMD9:PSMC6:PSMC3 module, also known as modulator trimer complex; PSMD9 is released during the further base assembly process.
