Human PSME1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Tyr249, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 30.89 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Proteasome activator complex subunit 1 is a ~28 kDa protein. Implicated in immunoproteasome assembly and required for efficient antigen processing. For research use only.
The PA28 activator complex enhances the generation of class I binding peptides by altering the cleavage pattern of the proteasome.
