Human PTPRD Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly261-Gln606, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase delta is a ~214 kDa protein. Can bidirectionally induce pre- and post-synaptic differentiation of neurons by mediating interaction with IL1RAP and IL1RAPL1 trans-synaptically. For research use only.
