Human PTPRM Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr1197-Ser1403, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 26.07 kDa. Promotes CTNND1 dephosphorylation and prevents its cytoplasmic localization where it inhibits SLC2A4 membrane trafficking. In turn, SLC2A4 is directed to the plasma membrane and performs its glucose transporter function.
