Description
Human RALB Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human RALB Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser11-Leu206, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.70 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ras-related protein Ral-B (RALB) is a ~23 kDa protein. Multifunctional GTPase involved in a variety of cellular processes including gene expression, cell migration, cell proliferation, oncogenic transformation and membrane trafficking. For research use only.
Accomplishes its multiple functions by interacting with distinct downstream effectors. Acts as a GTP sensor for GTP-dependent exocytosis of dense core vesicles. Required both to stabilize the assembly of the exocyst complex and to localize functional exocyst complexes to the leading edge of migrating cells. Required for suppression of apoptosis.
