Human RDH10 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human RDH10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Ile341, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Retinol dehydrogenase 10 is a ~38 kDa protein. Retinol dehydrogenase with a clear preference for NADP. For research use only.
Converts all-trans-retinol to all-trans-retinal. Has no detectable activity towards 11-cis-retinol, 9-cis-retinol and 13-cis-retinol.
