Human RFC3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)

Human RFC3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Phe356, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 42.72 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Replication factor C subunit 3 is a ~40 kDa protein. Subunit of the replication factor C (RFC) complex which acts during elongation of primed DNA templates by DNA polymerases delta and epsilon, and is necessary for ATP-dependent loading of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) onto primed DNA.
