Human RINT1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser590-Lys792, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. RAD50-interacting protein 1 is a ~90 kDa protein. Involved in regulation of membrane traffic between the Golgi and the endoplasmic reticulum (ER); the function is proposed to depend on its association in the NRZ complex which is believed to play a role in SNARE assembly at the ER.
