Human RNF19B Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ala114-Ser323, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 26.33 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF19B is a ~77 kDa protein. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes UBE2L3 and UBE2L6 in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates, such as UCKL1. Involved in the cytolytic activity of natural killer cells and cytotoxic T-cells. Protects against staurosporin-induced cell death.
