Description
Human RTRAF Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human RTRAF Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Glu118, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.28 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. tRNA-splicing ligase complex subunit RTRAF is a ~28 kDa protein. Accessory subunit of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex that acts by directly joining spliced tRNA halves to mature-sized tRNAs by incorporating the precursor-derived splice junction phosphate into the mature tRNA as a canonical 3',5'-phosphodiester. For research use only.
RNA-binding protein involved in modulation of mRNA transcription by Polymerase II. Could also play a role in RNA transport.
