Description
Human SASH1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human SASH1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Val1091-Met1247, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.54 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. SAM and SH3 domain-containing protein 1 (SASH1) is a ~136 kDa protein. Is a positive regulator of NF-kappa-B signaling downstream of TLR4 activation. For research use only.
It acts as a scaffold molecule to assemble a molecular complex that includes TRAF6, MAP3K7, CHUK and IKBKB, thereby facilitating NF-kappa-B signaling activation. Regulates TRAF6 and MAP3K7 ubiquitination. Involved in the regulation of cell mobility. Regulates lipolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endothelial cell migration.
