Description
Human SIDT1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human SIDT1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning His50-Ser300, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 30.98 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. SID1 transmembrane family member 1 (SIDT1) is a ~93 kDa protein. In vitro binds long double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) (500 and 700 base pairs), but not dsRNA shorter than 300 bp. For research use only.
Not involved in RNA autophagy, a process in which RNA is directly imported into lysosomes in an ATP-dependent manner, and degraded.
