Human SIRP alpha ELISA Kit

SIRPA (Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha) is a protein coding gene that is mainly expressed in skeletal muscles. SIRPA plays a key role in muscle protein synthesis and cell proliferation, while preventing the degradation of contractile proteins and also plays an important role in neurite outgrowth during embryonic development. The protein coding gene SIRPA can be found on Chromosome 6 at 6p21.33. SIRPA has been linked to various neuromuscular disorders, including muscular dystrophy type 1A, congenital myopathy with excess of thin/branched type 1 fibers, limb girdle muscular dystrophy 2I and Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy 2E.
