Human SOX4 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Tyr128, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 15.37 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Required for IL17A-producing Vgamma2-positive gamma-delta T-cell maturation and development, via binding to regulator loci of RORC to modulate expression. Involved in skeletal myoblast differentiation by promoting gene expression of CALD1.
