Human SPRY4 Recombinant Protein (N-His-SUMO) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser178-Arg270, with an N-terminal His-SUMO tag. Predicted molecular weight: 22.65 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Protein sprouty homolog 4 (SPRY4) is a ~32 kDa protein. Suppresses the insulin receptor and EGFR-transduced MAPK signaling pathway, but does not inhibit MAPK activation by a constitutively active mutant Ras. For research use only.
Probably impairs the formation of GTP-Ras. Inhibits Ras-independent, but not Ras-dependent, activation of RAF1. Represses integrin-mediated cell spreading via inhibition of TESK1-mediated phosphorylation of cofilin.
