Human STK10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asp31-Gly321, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 35.02 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Phosphorylates MSN, and possibly PLK1. Involved in regulation of lymphocyte migration by mediating phosphorylation of ERM proteins such as MSN. Acts as a negative regulator of MAP3K1/MEKK1. May also act as a cell cycle regulator by acting as a polo kinase kinase: mediates phosphorylation of PLK1 in vitro; however such data require additional evidences in vivo.
