Description
Human STRN Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human STRN Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr452-Val780, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Striatin is a ~86 kDa protein. Calmodulin-binding scaffolding protein which is the center of the striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase (STRIPAK) complexes. For research use only.
STRIPAK complexes have critical roles in protein (de)phosphorylation and are regulators of multiple signaling pathways including Hippo, MAPK, nuclear receptor and cytoskeleton remodeling. Different types of STRIPAK complexes are involved in a variety of biological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, metabolism and immune regulation (Probable).
