Description
Human TMF1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human TMF1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser442-Arg921, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 58.07 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. TATA element modulatory factor is a ~122 kDa protein. Potential coactivator of the androgen receptor. For research use only.
Mediates STAT3 degradation. May play critical roles in two RAB6-dependent retrograde transport processes: one from endosomes to the Golgi and the other from the Golgi to the ER. This protein binds the HIV-1 TATA element and inhibits transcriptional activation by the TATA-binding protein (TBP).
