Human TMX2 Recombinant Protein (N-His-SUMO)
Human TMX2 Recombinant Protein (N-His-SUMO) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu49-Thr102, with an N-terminal His-SUMO tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Thioredoxin-related transmembrane protein 2 is a ~34 kDa protein. Endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria-associated protein that probably functions as a regulator of cellular redox state and thereby regulates protein post-translational modification, protein folding and mitochondrial activity.
