Description
Human TNFAIP1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human TNFAIP1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys14-Glu257, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 30.34 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. BTB/POZ domain-containing adapter for CUL3-mediated RhoA degradation protein 2 is a ~36 kDa protein. Substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex involved in regulation of cytoskeleton structure. For research use only.
The BCR(TNFAIP1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex mediates the ubiquitination of RHOA, leading to its degradation by the proteasome, thereby regulating the actin cytoskeleton and cell migration. Its interaction with RHOB may regulate apoptosis. May enhance the PCNA-dependent DNA polymerase delta activity.
