Description
Human TSC22D3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human TSC22D3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Val134, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.97 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. TSC22 domain family protein 3 (TSC22D3) is a ~14 kDa protein. Protects T-cells from IL2 deprivation-induced apoptosis through the inhibition of FOXO3A transcriptional activity that leads to the down-regulation of the pro-apoptotic factor BCL2L11. For research use only.
In macrophages, plays a role in the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of glucocorticoids and IL10. In T-cells, inhibits anti-CD3-induced NFKB1 nuclear translocation and thereby NFKB1 DNA-binding activities. In vitro, suppresses AP-1 transcription factor complex DNA-binding activities.
