Description
Human UNC13D Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human UNC13D Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser888-Pro1090, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.96 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Protein unc-13 homolog D (UNC13D) is a ~123 kDa protein. Plays a role in cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes. For research use only.
Required for both granule maturation and granule docking and priming at the immunologic synapse. Regulates assembly of recycling and late endosomal structures, leading to the formation of an endosomal exocytic compartment that fuses with perforin-containing granules at the immunologic synapse and licences them for exocytosis. Regulates Ca(2+)-dependent secretory lysosome exocytosis in mast cells.
