Human VNN2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gln23-Ser492, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 55.47 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Pantetheine hydrolase VNN2 is a ~58 kDa protein. Amidohydrolase that hydrolyzes specifically one of the carboamide linkages in D-pantetheine thus recycling pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and releasing cysteamine. For research use only.
