Human VSIR/VISTA Antibody (SG7) is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody targeting V-set domain-containing immunoregulatory receptor. It is a human IgG1, kappa antibody. Reactivity: Human. V-type immunoglobulin domain-containing suppressor of T-cell activation (VSIR/VISTA) is a ~33 kDa protein. Immunoregulatory receptor which inhibits the T-cell response. May promote differentiation of embryonic stem cells, by inhibiting BMP4 signaling. May stimulate MMP14-mediated MMP2 activation.
