Human WBP2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Gly136, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 17.04 kDa. In presence of estrogen, binds to ESR1-responsive promoters. Synergizes with YAP1 to enhance PGR activity. Modulates expression of post-synaptic scaffolding proteins via regulation of ESR1, ESR2 and PGR.
