Description
Human WDFY1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human WDFY1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-His410, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 48.48 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. WD repeat and FYVE domain-containing protein 1 (WDFY1) is a ~46 kDa protein. Positively regulates TLR3- and TLR4-mediated signaling pathways by bridging the interaction between TLR3 or TLR4 and TICAM1. For research use only.
Promotes TLR3/4 ligand-induced activation of transcription factors IRF3 and NF-kappa-B, as well as the production of IFN-beta and inflammatory cytokines.
