Mouse AGR3 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Ile21-Leu165, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.92 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Anterior gradient protein 3 is a ~19 kDa protein. Required for calcium-mediated regulation of ciliary beat frequency and mucociliary clearance in the airway. For research use only.
Might be involved in the regulation of intracellular calcium in tracheal epithelial cells.
