Mouse C3/Complement C3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse C3/Complement C3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu1000-Val1286, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 34.43 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Complement C3 is a ~186 kDa protein. Precursor of non-enzymatic components of the classical, alternative, lectin and GZMK complement pathways, which consist in a cascade of proteins that leads to phagocytosis and breakdown of pathogens and signaling that strengthens the adaptive immune system. For research use only.
