Description
Mouse CCL25/TECK Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse CCL25/TECK Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gln24-Asn144, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.45 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. C-C motif chemokine 25 (CCL25/TECK) is a ~16 kDa protein. Potentially involved in T-cell development. For research use only.
Recombinant protein shows chemotactic activity on thymocytes, macrophages, THP-1 cells, and dendritics cells but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils. Binds to CCR9. Binds to atypical chemokine receptor ACKR4 and mediates the recruitment of beta-arrestin (ARRB1/2) to ACKR4.
