Mouse CD122/IL2RB Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ala27-Glu240, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 27.33 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. This beta subunit is involved in receptor mediated endocytosis and transduces the mitogenic signals of IL2. Probably in association with IL15RA, involved in the stimulation of neutrophil phagocytosis by IL15.
