Description
Mouse CD276/B7-H3 Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Mouse CD276/B7-H3 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Ala28-Phe244, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 26.39 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. CD276 antigen (B7-H3) is a ~34 kDa protein. Modulates T-cell-mediated immune responses and the development of acute and chronic transplant rejection. For research use only.
Plays a positive regulatory role in bone formation and has a dual role in the bone-immune interface. Induces antitumor immunity as it activates both acquired and innate immunity leading to natural killer cell and CD8 T-cell dependent killing of tumor cells. CD276 is the therapeutic target of omburtamab (clinical).
