Description
Mouse CD39/ENTPD1 Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Mouse CD39/ENTPD1 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Thr38-Ile478, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 52.53 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 is a ~57 kDa protein. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) and diphosphates (NDPs). For research use only.
The enzyme sequentially removes phosphate groups in two successive steps, converting NTPs to nucleoside monophosphates (NMPs) via NDP intermediates. This activity contributes to the regulation of extracellular levels of nucleotides. By hydrolyzing proinflammatory ATP and platelet-activating ADP to AMP, it blocks platelet aggregation and supports blood flow.
