Mouse CD73/NT5E Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ala28-Asn308, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 32.98 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. 5'-nucleotidase (CD73/NT5E) is a ~63 kDa protein. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside. For research use only.
Hydrolyzes IMP. Shows a preference for ribonucleotide monophosphates over their equivalent deoxyribose forms. Although AMP is the preferred substrate can also hydrolyze UMP, GMP, CMP, dAMP, dCMP, dTMP, NAD and NMN.
