Mouse CSF3/G-CSF Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Val31-Ala208, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 21.25 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor is a ~22 kDa protein. Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages.
