Mouse CXCL13/BCA-1/BLC Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ile22-Ala109, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 12.09 kDa. Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from PBS pH7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA and immunogen. C-X-C motif chemokine 13 (CXCL13/BCA-1) is a ~11 kDa protein. Strongly chemotactic for B-lymphocytes, weakly for spleen monocytes and macrophages but no chemotactic activity for granulocytes. Binds to BLR1/CXCR5. May play a role in directing the migration of B-lymphocytes to follicles in secondary lymphoid organs.
