Mouse DLL4 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Ser28-Pro525, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 57.13 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Delta-like protein 4 is a ~74 kDa protein. Involved in the Notch signaling pathway as Notch ligand. For research use only.
Activates NOTCH1 and NOTCH4. Involved in angiogenesis; negatively regulates endothelial cell proliferation and migration and angiogenic sprouting. Essential for retinal progenitor proliferation. Required for suppressing rod fates in late retinal progenitors as well as for proper generation of other retinal cell types.
