Mouse EDAR Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Glu27-Ala187, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 20.49 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member EDAR is a ~48 kDa protein. Receptor for EDA isoform TAA, but not for EDA isoform TA-2. For research use only.
May mediate the activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK. May promote caspase-independent cell death.
