Mouse EGFL7 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Arg30-Lys180, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Epidermal growth factor-like protein 7 is a ~29 kDa protein. Regulates vascular tubulogenesis in vivo. For research use only.
Inhibits platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB-induced smooth muscle cell migration and promotes endothelial cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix and angiogenesis.
