Mouse EPSTI1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse EPSTI1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asn70-Ala207, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Epithelial-stromal interaction protein 1 is a ~36 kDa protein. Plays a role in M1 macrophage polarization and is required for the proper regulation of gene expression during M1 versus M2 macrophage differentiation. For research use only.
Might play a role in RELA/p65 and STAT1 phosphorylation and nuclear localization upon activation of macrophages.
