Mouse EREG Recombinant Protein (N-GST & C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Val56-Leu101, with an N-terminal GST tag and a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 33.58 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Proepiregulin is a ~18 kDa protein. Ligand of the EGF receptor/EGFR and ERBB4. For research use only.
