Description
Mouse IL1RAP Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse IL1RAP Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser21-Lys350, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 40.54 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL1RAP) is a ~65 kDa protein. Coreceptor for IL1RL2 in the IL-36 signaling system. For research use only.
Coreceptor with IL1R1 in the IL-1 signaling system. Associates with IL1R1 bound to IL1B to form the high affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B and other pathways. Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIR domains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits. Recruits TOLLIP to the signaling complex.
