Mouse LTBR Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Gln31-Leu223, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.63 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 3 is a ~44 kDa protein. Receptor for the heterotrimeric lymphotoxin containing LTA and LTB, and for TNFS14/LIGHT. For research use only.
Activates NF-kappa-B signaling upon stimulation with lymphotoxin. Promotes apoptosis via TRAF3 and TRAF5. May play a role in the development of lymphoid organs.
